The decision to award federal or state grant funding rests entirely with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) or the respective issuing agency. AgriGrant AI makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties that using our service will result in a successful grant award or funding of any kind.3. Client Verification and Responsibility (CRITICAL)
The Client acknowledges that AgriGrant AI uses artificial intelligence to generate draft narratives based on the data provided by the Client.
* The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the absolute accuracy of all technical, factual, and financial claims within the narrative before submitting it to any government agency.
* Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information to the federal government carries severe legal penalties. The Client assumes 100% of the liability for the final contents of their submitted grant application.4. Flat-Fee and Refund Policy
AgriGrant AI charges a flat $499 fee for the generation of the grant draft. Because this fee covers the immediate cost of proprietary software access, AI compute, and document generation, all sales are final once the draft is delivered. We do not offer refunds if your grant is rejected by the agency, or if you decide not to submit the application.5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriGrant AI, its founders, and its parent companies shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our drafts. This includes, but is not limited to: missed deadlines, rejected applications, government audits, or funding clawbacks due to non-compliance.6. Ongoing Compliance
If the Client purchases the optional ongoing compliance monitoring subscription ($99/mo), the Company will assist in tracking reporting deadlines and data requirements. However, the Client remains legally responsible for the timely submission and accuracy of all compliance data to the USDA.---
